Tracy Hennessy has over a decade of agency experience managing projects, capacity planning, and strategically staffing of projects. As the Director of Delivery at Handsome, Tracy runs the Project Management team, ensures the financial health of the business through capacity and utilization planning, and is responsible for ensuring excellence in Delivery of outcomes across Handsome’s entire portfolio of clients – such as Facebook, FedEx, Visa, and other Fortune 500 companies. When Tracy isn’t running Kickass PM in Austin, you can find her on the trails with her dog Maddie or hanging out on one of Austin’s many great patios.
