Managing Principal, The DEJ Group

You Are A Company of One

In today’s competitive market, Digital Project Managers need to have a personal business model in order to not only survive but also thrive and stay relevant. A personal business model helps you understand how you create value, what you need to create that value, and how you know you are delivering that value. In addition to this model, you need a personal board of directors and FOCUS – following one course until successful – to remain a key contributor on your teams, at your organization, and within your career. This keynote will give attendees a fresh perspective on personal value creation and how you can improve your contribution to your companies and to your own personal development.
