Teach Your Clients Well

Clients, right?! As therapeutic as it can be to swap client antics and horror stories, we all want good working relationships with them. Overcoming the rift of understanding and affinity between our work as project managers and that of our clients, key stakeholders, and especially subject matter experts, is a daunting task.

But, hope! After working with notoriously siloed and prickly clients in the form of faculty and leadership in higher education, Amanda Costello has developed methods to bridge the gap and connect everyone on teams to the hows and whys of why we do what we do on a project so we can all succeed.

Learn from her approach, which blends content strategy, plain language, lesson planning, and a little bit of improv comedy, and start to teach your clients about yourself… and maybe learn something more from them, too.
